Is there any way to fix alar retraction without surgery, or what surgery fixes it

Ts where you can see the septum from your side, I think it is alar retraction or I have the wrong term. My condition is not as bad as this but it nerfs my side profile so hard its genuinely insane. Any methods to reduce it would be great, or if there are surgeries for it I have an amount saved up and might look into it.
