It looks ok try to change your eye colour by wearing some blue eye contacts to fix the vibe of your looks
But if you want actually to change it you'll canthoplasty/canthopexy and in your case upper blepharoplasty and also you can do OBO to change the eye socket space and change the tilt shape of your orbits or just implants to create the illusion as hinter skull eyes
