Fillers for thicker lips gives the illusion that they aren't narrow (see Madison Beer). Also MSE can slightly widen lips and their are mouth widening appliances too. But it depends on what specifically you need.

Losing facial bloat will widen it a little bit. Also, if the corners of your mouth are downturned, getting them lifted will make your mouth wider
