Orbital box osteotomy, but are you sure you really need it? That's one of the most high-risk surgeries and it's super expensive.

I believe there are some 3Dprintable mouth appliances you can put into your mouth and overtime your mouth gets wider. It's been talked about before on the forum.

I have myopia but it's a very small case like (-0.75 to left eye and -1.25 on the other one)
