I feel like maxilla is bit recessed too but idk,,,,thats why i was sayin double jaw but ima lose the bf and see if maxilla is a big problem or not if not ima just get genio

good luck getting that, from aesthetic standpoint its not ideal but from medical it might be, also its not death tier failo for you imo, lose bf and fix skin
