You mean tilted forward, like these guys with underbite has? Because I've never heard of tilted back ramus ngl.

@Orc i have slight overbite
move your lower jaw forward, your teeth aren't supposed to be touching, they should float above eachother.

only time your teeth should be hitting each-other is when you're eating.

Bro, that's tilted forward btw, not tilted back, and usually ppl with underbite have that kind of ramus idk why u got that with overbite.

Basically, fix overbite. Maybe get braces idk. Consult a dentist.

i had braces an retainers but the damn retainers gave me a worse underbite

if it's tilted forward and you already have an overbite you can't really fix it without surgery.

when it's tilted back you often can.

i prolly have some more growth in my bottom jaw

if it causes problems you are most likely recessed
its just the ramus; my jaw body is good, i have good chin projection and a good mandible

negative, it's often why people have puffy masseters and headaches.

Inflammed masseters from keeping them flexed all the time.

When you go to the gym your muscles are inflammed and "fuller" but if you take a 2 week break you'll look much smaller despite not losing any muscle, they just aren't inflammed anymore.

Yes and massages to relax the muscle, only use your masseters to chew food.
