I have a gonial inversion, so basically my gonions are inwards and closer to each other than my bizygomatic width, which just makes me look like 0T and a bad jaw line. Is there anyway to fix this without surgery?

Chewing tough gum (mastic) for masseter hypertrophy is your best bet to add some illusion of width. It won't change the bone (eversion), but it'll fill out the soft tissue. Just don't overdo it and ruin your TMJ. 20% of aesthetics is the illusion of bone, not the bone itself so you may as well try it

double jaw surgery or custom wraparound implants are realistically gonna give you way better results

Depends, if u have high or low set masseters. If your masseter muscle is high set—training it can make ur face look wider at the wrong area (making u look bloated) and also reduce zygo prominence.
