Is there any way to go from skinny fat to fight club physique by summer?

So I’m 6’ and around 187 lbs skinny fat, not a lot of muscle rn. I want to have Brad Pitt’s physical and bf% in fight club by mid summer. Should I bulk or cut or hop on?

very slight deficit until summer, sbl program and optimize sleep and diet

reta and test if needed

Recomp + hop on if you must get a physique on that level by summer, also mirin frame if you’re skinny at 6’ 187

I cut last fall and lost 30 lbs while lifting (tbh inconsistently) and I still look like shit and around 25 bf%

So you gotta cut more

25% bf is still fat

You gotta get to 12-15% to look alright

I like 10-12%

no stay natty for now, im assuming you're a beginner
I’ve been lifting inconsistently for the last two years and have decent muscle in my arms

I like 10-12%
I know that’s what my goal was and still is. I’m just not sure whether I should do a slight deficit/ harsh deficit or just hop on to have adequate muscle and be that lean by summer

You don't need an extreme deficit to cut form 25% to 12% by summer.

500 kcal deficit daily

Fight club physique is over doing it i think, without a shirt sure your insertions are great however having a bit more mass gives a halo effect since you have a better frame

I agree fight club physique is small.

I'm much bigger than that now

what was your base like? Had you been training prior to that? Also what was your split and diet plan?

I started lifting after the cut

My current lifting split is upper lower

My diet now is mainly potatoes, rice, eggs, beef, yogurt, fruit, berries, and chicken.

damn how much of a deficit were you in? So, you achieved that physique without lifting and protein at all? That's pretty surprising to be honest.

I was in an absurd deficit it was not healthy
