Is there any way to grow your ramus naturally ?

I'm tired of people telling me to use methods like bone smashing and stuff
I don't believe in any of those and they sound BS
I have a medium ramus and want to make it grow taller for a more defined look of the jaw overall
So is there any tip that can help?
