Is there any way to height max your arms?

@FreakkForLife I leave this to you as its your expertise I'm worried about height maxxing because my arms will not look proportional how can I make them grow with my spine/legs?

Yes, humeral lengthening. It screws up your ROM in arms though so I'm not sure if it's worth it.

If ur arm plates are open and u inject hgh and igf1 ,u will grow.

There's some guys on telegram who are looking into physical methods for arm lengthening,i can put u up with them if u can give me ur telegram username.


And then there's arm lengthening,but it comes with a variety of side effects
