For example if you take 30mg of an adhd med, after a few month that 30mg -most of the time- will have less effectivity than when you first started taking it. Is there any way to stop the body from adapting to that?

I guess taking breaks every couple months and restarting would stop the body from adapting

I cant go without medication or i do bad stuff
Try to do the breaks on periods of time you have nothing expected to do, like holidays if you have enough of them. do you take the meds daily ?

I tried every methylphenidate really, except like some underground stuff. Im on 30mg lisdexamfetamin-dimesiltat, 3mg guanfacine and 25mg daridorexant at night

i see, but tbh there's no real tolerance on adhd meds like lisdex, you might build one for the "rush" but the therapeutic effects are still there, it's really rare to build a tolerance for this (studies says 2-3%) but if the rush is what you're missing you might switch to regular speed or stop the meds for some weeks. (it might also be because u are sleep deprivated or your lifestyle in general since it's a med that rely alot on it)

obvously no complete tolerance but im talking about the med overtime having less power per mg on you brain and is less effective even though the dose was the same. Thats true.

I took methylphenidate all my life until one year ago it started to give me a lot of headaches so i had to change

you're right that the medication's intensity changes over time. Your brain adapts so that 30mg doesn't feel like a lightning bolt anymore. But as long as you can still start tasks, organize your thoughts, and control your impulses better than you could completely unmedicated, the medication is still doing its therapeutic job even if you can't actively "feel" it running in the background.
It really depends on what you feel like is missing from the first times you took it, idk if it answered your question

Nothing is missing, i just want to prevent this happening, is there any additional thing one can take to inhibit that homeostasis stuff

Oh okk my bad, well you know that you can't really trick your brain into stopping homeostasis if you try to force it, you'll just burn out your dopamine receptors.
The safest way to keep the med strong is to take regular weekend breaks so your brain resets naturally(if you can), and take Magnesium(specifically Glycinate or Threonate)/Tyrosine at night to give your brain the raw materials to rebuild for the next day.
