Is there any way to know if you have stopped growing except growth plate x ray?

I'm almost 15 years old and have stopped growing for the last 2 years or so. Is it over or can I still grow?

If this is relevant, I have a shit ton of facial hair (I have to shave every day to keep a clean look), no chest hair, but hair on my belly button l and pubes has connected. I had mild orthorexia (eating disorder were you eat less and only healthy) when I was around 13.

My wingspan is approximately (± 0.5 inches) equal to my height.

I stopped growing at 14 at 4'2. Then I started gratitude journaling and meditation, now I'm 8'6. Never over bro

I used this calculator and i should be 2 inches taller according to my parents height.
