i am 170ish cm and 67kg rn and i am still like 18% bf if not more
has anyone got an idea of what weight i will be sub 15% bf at

i was at this weight before like 63-62kg about a year ago before gymmaxxing and i still didn’t have visible abs
maybe my body composition has changed though since

what would be a good range
i think roughly 60kg would put me at about 13-14% bf
itd be better to cut and every couple of kg check ur progress and assume from there and once ur at desired point yeah

i didn’t have a specific surplus
i just made sure to actively eat a lot more
i gained 10kg ish originally
i was 61kg before gym
until a month and a bit ago i was 71kg i’ve been in a deficit
but i must have made a good amount of muscle because my strength exploded and my physique looks completely different

i’m happy with the progress i’ve made already and that’s enough for me
 
im 16.3 bmi, i think im somewhere around 11% bf

my body wont let me drop below it

when i try to starve to make it go lower i dont lose weight i just start to feel like shit until im forced into eating

Idk youd have to know how much bodyfat youd lose per KG of bodyweight lost in cut

If its a slow cut (2-4 lbs per week) and you arent super lean ive seen that you can lose around 90% of fat and only 10% or less of lean mass but idk if thats accurate
