I look so shit and disgusting with puffy cheeks how do I cope and continue for the gains???

Dont dirty bulk. First get 10% bf, then start injecting and increase calories 100-500 above maintenance

bulking is not useless and you're just going to have to accept that your face will look bloated for some time before you can lean maxx

Doesn't work if you are not at a good bodyweight already. I'm 5'10.5 but only 170lbs, theoretically if I were to gain as much muscle as I possibly could I'd be 190-200lbs lean ish, so I'd bulk to 190 and maintain from there

Just do cardio so you don't get fat and sloppy? When you up the calories, up the cardio. Not difficult

I'm 10.9% bodyfat from dexascan after a dirty bulk. It's all about your metabolism and body composition.
 
That doesn't make sense bro then you wouldn't gain weight and the bulk wouldnt even be a bulk
Obviously be in a surplus still ?? When you do cardio you digest food quicker, metabolism increases so you can eat more food without getting fat. More food = better gains.

Yeah natty bodybuilder status is the goal. Look up natural hypertrophy on youtube he is 215 lean 6ft
