To give perspective on my situation, im studying computer engineering and I don't want to wageslave anymore (i barely make any money mopping disgusting floors). I know that my degree field is growing fast, and that companies are investing alot of money into it (AI). I should be pmuch guaranteed a solid job with good pay in the future but rn im a worthless monkey. Is there a way to make a sustainable 1k-2k a month doing some low effort shit so I can also have time to do some side projects and thrive in my profession. There's a few I thought of but im not really sold :
- Reselling ---> Seems really saturated because of all the tiktok kids but I could take some tips
- Building pc and selling them ---> Alot of time investment and the prices are really competitive so its hard to do better (Alot of people just selling their old pc for half the price)
- Making websites ----> Maybe for projects but idk if this should be my source of income
- Trading -----> Slow start and I don't even know if this shit actually works if you're not an insider trading (need connections)
- Sportsbetting (strategically) ----> Seems like gambling to me
I could take any tips honestly and I have some money to start (like 3-4k).
Quick note : Dont listen to CS kids who say that the market is cooked when all they do is go to class and fill in the exams (prolly never coded anything substantial). They also like to lie on their resume (not slightly) and get caught red-handed in the interview when they dont know whats a fucking singleton (they applied for some job that uses a OOP language like C++ or Java)
