Is there any way to make your lips less tall?

after around 2 years or so my lips are finally starting to heal again after being broken for so long, but i still have the problem of them being too long, haven’t really found any methods online to decrease it’s length, they used to have the normal length as a kid

They’re broken, that’s parts of it attempting to heal and some of it is yellow because of honey which i put on it in attempts to heal it

Update: i figured it out myself.

1. Use something random like the Q-Tip i have here to scrub off all the regenerating/dead skin from your lips
2. Use this LA ROCHE-POSAY LIPIKAR
BAUME AP+M by putting it all over your lips
3. Problem that would take an entire 2 years without error to be solved gets solved easily

Make sure that after another 48 hours, you put it all over your lips again

Don’t care for making my lips less tall anymore either, just need to widen them
