Is there any way to meaningfuly increase PFL

I have those stereotypical tiny asian monolid eyes ik canthoplasty n shit can increase horizontal length by a few mm but I basically need to tear myself a new eye socket open, its that bad. Are there any procedures I can look into

OD lessens the PFL. You're moving the eyes DEEPER into the skull. This carnivore schizo found that out the hard way!

Canthoplasty is also very limited, it's dependent on how wide your orbit is. Only thing you can do is Tripod Osteotomy w/ medial wall bone-grafts (. GL not getting horribly botched), or lengthening the medial canthus a little bit with a Z-plasty. In OP's case, he probably has epicanthal folds because he's Asian, so he can get medial epicanthoplasty to remove them to expose more of his lacrimal caruncle.

i saw the tr taban stuff and he said the orbital decompression made his eyes closer set, so i thought it could increase pfl

would paranasal implants might be helpful since it pulls on the canthus?

How much mm can I gain from this + lateral canthoplasty? I measured my PFL and its like 28mm, can I reach at least 32~34mm?
