My body fat is at 10%, and I've been training my abs like crazy for a year. My diet is very clean, but I’ll admit it includes at least 40ml of olive oil a day (mainly for the calories).
All my muscles are really well-developed, but my abs seem to be the area where most of the fat is stored.
I struggle to get the same definition in my abs (especially the lower abs, obliques, and V-taper) as I have in my biceps.
Is there any way to minimize this stubborn fat around the abdominal area?
