İ have too much hooding it makes it look like i have negative tilt. İs there any way to reduce it ?

i have the same problem, i wish i could just reduce outer hooding and keeping the inner... best thing i found is latisse used for an extended period (spot reduces fat and increases eyelashe lenght and volume)
