is there any way to widen the palette without changing anything other than the jaw width and the palette width

I want to expand my palette but I read that MSE will change things like cheekbones width and prominence I already have high set prominent cheekbones and my face is pretty symmetrical so I don't wanna risk it since I will look ogre with even bigger and wider cheekbones

I have a insanely wide cheekbones and I luckily have a tall skull so its not a falio but if then get wider it will definitely look bad
