Is there any ways to fix jowls at 14 (softmaxxes)

I’ve had jowls for a long time now and I feel like they make me appear more bloated and are ruining my hollow cheeks visibility making me appear less angular, any softmaxxes for them, the only real non surgical solution I’ve heard of is aqualyx

Mew and train your neck muscles, bigger muscles will stretch out the loose skin.

I knowww, tbf they aren’t that bad they’re just very annoying because it makes me constantly look puffy but thanks for the advice

most likely they aren't jowls. You're either fat or were fat as fuck and had a drastic weightloss.

I’ve been skinny all my life and have never been fat and weigh 58kg at 14 at 5’9
