options:
1. Surgery
2. Losing weight
3. Chin tucks (won't create bone, but improves posture)
4. Mechanical tension over a long period of time, this creates bone and improves your masseters (basically chewing anything other than soft foods creates mechanical tension)

I was 78kg when I started getting lean now im 75-76 my face became defined but my skin it's like hanging from my face I want it to be like more streched
