dutasteride + minoxidil + ru58841 + oral castor oil + stemoxydine is probably the most hardcore stack you can do without feminizing you or getting surgery

The nuclear stacks include female sex hormones. Not worth it when you can get a hair transplant.

Honestly fin only + HTs is enough long term if you catch it early.

HT can do that as long as you don't have muscle where you want the transplant and aren't diabetic

Impossible

My knowledge is that you don't want an area that wrinkles bcuz it can move ur grafts around. But since i want it on above my cheekbones it should be fine

Why can't u have muscle there?
Your entire side hair lays on the tempralis and you don't go bald there cause of it

Try to apply tretinoin before minoxidil, it may increase the absorption and make it transform to an active form of minoxidil sulfate more efficiently. That's in case you don't respond to it nicely in the first place.

Sorry meant it shouldn't be near eyebrow muscle so that your hairline doesn't move everytime you make movement with forehead. They won't let you if you ask that low anyways tbh. On corners idk, I have rarely seen it been done

probably not
temporal points r 100% more important than a low hairline though cause they frame the face more
good thing about temporal points is that you don't need many grafts but they must come from the neck to looks realistic cause the hair there has similiar thickness but you may need to do this to times cause most likely some of the transplanted hair will not get accepted and will fall out which looks giga shit and obvious

The problem is that my cheekbones are too wide for my ipd and eyebrows and ideal way to fix would be to cover it with hair

I’m same as opry and it really hurts me, though I have high forehead thus I rock permafringe to cover it

Show the the doc an old pic of when you were young to use as baseline template for nw0 hairline.

Might not be "realistic" but it'll be gigamogger as fuck tbh.

and as long as you're still young [[ISPOILER]no wrinkles good collagen/tretinoinmaxxed skin[/ISPOILER]] it'll work.

I think hair swallowing is your best bet

I probably grew some with rolling, PRP and minox, fin, etc. But it could have just been the regular hair cycles, since they can take months. I have much more density though, that's a direct result of the treatments.

Try to apply tretinoin before minoxidil, it may increase the absorption and make it transform to an active form of minoxidil sulfate more efficiently. That's in case you don't respond to it nicely in the first place.
Are you supposed to wash the tretinoin 0.1% cream off with water before applying the minoxidil or mix them together on top of each other?

I personally apply 0.025% cream first and after say 10-15 minutes do minoxidil on top of it. As far as I know there's not any ingredient creating a barrier on the skin, so you don't have to wash it off.

Thanks for the help, I'll get 0.025% instead of 0.1% to have less side effects.
