I spoke to a maxillofacial surgeon some time ago.
He told me that if a person gets the zygomatic/orbital implants first and then has a rhinoplasty, if he gets an infection during the rhinoplasty (as can happen in any rhinoplasty surgery) this infection can spread to the implants, and in this case you will be forced to remove the implants.
Is there anyone here on the forum who put orbital implants first and then later did rhinoplasty? Have you had any problems with this?
