is there any fucking way to fix a long philtrum?
any users that have done a lip lift with decent result?
lip lift : its really a bet ... the scarring looks bad most of the case
filler : looks gay
any thought on lip flip? ( the stuff with botox)

for someone that have a giga long philtrum, is lip lift the way to go ( even if its a higlhy risky surgery)

unfortunately mine is quite " normal" not so thin. i was considering lip lift + mustache to hide the scar

online and I assume it would be more proportional if I improve the vertical height of my face, and he recommended downgrafting the maxilla and chin for SFS
