The BEST surgery any man can do is LL.

Second best surgery, if you are recessed is bimax.

Third best surgery if you are ethnic, or have deformed nose, is rhino.

Also, there is OBO, but since it carries a high risk of death, it is a MEME. But could help a lot of IPD-cels.

Until someone does all 4... I do not see anyone completely "maxxed out". Though 1 dude here got pretty close: he did LL, and OBO. So only 2 simpler surgeries left (lol)
