I already have a decently developed maxilla, and I really want to know what the benefit of thumbs pulling is. Can it potentially make my smile more beautiful? Nope, in fact, nothing good or bad can happen, you're better off with a palate expansor, it applies force 24/7, you think pulling with your thumbs for a couple of minutes per day will do something? please use your brain, and even if it worked, you would get brutal facial asymmetry because your arms have different strenghts and you probably wouldn't be able to even put your thumbs in a parallel position.
