The problem with most good looking people is they do not struggle most ugly people struggle but they do not look good so they will always have low self esteem and not accomplish much.
The best thing you can do is have semi attractive kids but also intentionally give them a hard life. Make them go through so much torture that they become dark triad. The result of an abusive life with positive reinforcement from your peers is narcissism and a grandiose
