Is there anything i can do about my clapped eye area

My eyebrows are high set my pfl is cooked my canthal tilt is neutral/negative and my pfl is cooked and im wondering if there anything i can do to salvage my eye area

Other than surgery no

other than your typical softmaxxes as dying your eyebrows growing out your brows and lashes i cant recommend anything other than surgery
