Is there anything I can do for my jaw?

I had MARPE and thankfully palate is wide enough now. Also had damon braces for almost 4 years to fix alignment and overbite. Clearly also have to get leaner which is what im doing right now, but I doubt that I’m gonna look acceptable even when I’m leaner. (I’m 16 rn) Anything I could do / thoughts?

outside of your jaw you should at least fix your skin and hyoid

fix your hyoid, skin isn’t really horrible(i would know because i went through it too) so i think it’s fixable

I looked into the hyoid a bit and every method is considered cope, what can I actually do?

neck curls and chin tucks, do it before eating so you won’t throw up all over yourself. Basically the most common method

I had marpe when i was really young, so since my face changed insanely since then due to puberty, it’s hard to tell how big of a role the marpe played. More than likely, it doesn’t make that big of a visual difference. But since it allows you to have optimal tongue placement, it could lead you to improve visually.
