Is there anything i can do that would make my nose smaller or more symmetrical without accutane or rhino?

accutane does this by causing bone and cartilage loss, so any other substance that has that side effect will do that too, ive also heard of people putting shit like like latisse or idk what it was on their nose to burn fat or thin their skin there
