Is there anything I can do with this?

Basically I have swollen lymph nodes in my submental area (under chin area) and from the side, it looks like I have double chin, but from the front, it’s okay thought. Is it fixable? It was always like this, and I don’t know if I can change that. I have a good hyoid and normal bodyfat, but this “feature” badly nerfs my side profile.
