its never over boyo i can see lmtn-mmtn potential here with coloring changes like dying your eyebrows a few shades darker than your hair and maybe some sort of minoxidil to promote eye lash growth and eyebrow thickness aswell as improving the texture of your skin.
other than that your philtrum looks a bit long which can be corrected with surgery and some obvious assymetries with one of your eyes being higher than the other.

Go to a dermatologist, cut the sides and try to get hair off of forehead. If it looks bad just cut the sides and that's it.
