Is there anything I can even get done to fix this? Lopsided eyes and midface

After puberty my midface and eyes got lopsided and nose is hella crooked is there anything I can even get done to make it somewhat better? Getting my sinuses checked next week to see if it’s sinus hypoplasia or silent sinus syndrome which then u can get it fixed or camouflaged decently but if not what can u even do?
