When your in calorie deficit or end up porking out and it catches up to u, or water weight variating so much.
Its a literal pain. Someone tell me how the fuck I am a whole kg heavier than when i woke up at. Each kg is so noticable in my face too, its a literal pain. Tommorow im leanmaxxing hard.
I literally walked to burn 500 calories, then cooked a pizza homemade, which all in all was a small pizza that should have had like 500 calories max. Its probably cuz the amount of soda i drank, vitamin c soda, tango, pepsi. I chugged a bunch. fml.
