What worries me is that the skin above the nose base doesnt advance/gets pushed forward. So it can look rly weird no?

yea, you can definitely get an over advanced look if too much linear advancement or impaction is done without rotation, but that doesnt have much to do with nasolabial folds.

for class 3 patients like myself and this guy, agressiver lefort 3 is really the best option, as it moves the maxilla foward. But its impractical to just give away Lefort 3s for free, so LF1 plus malar/infra implants are typically the best option. But those results tend to be mediocre

Class 3 is probably one of this biggest death sentences you can have.
