if creatine makes you bloat to the point that youre actually fat - then you need to cut more

you absolutely can look lean while on creatine



as for other "supps" they prob aren't going to be egregiously helpful, caffeine can be a good pre-workout - or just spend money on your own pre-workout if your lazy

l-citrulline mallate tastes like absolute shit but can help with a pump

good program + counting calories (unless you know 110% you're eating what you should) and commitment to said program is what you got to work with

0 - just make sure to drink a lot of water

some studies used to say it increased the speed of hairloss due to increases in DHT - however im unaware if this is fully true - might have more to do with family history of hairloss

Non bro, just a lil bit more dht but if u use a good nizoral shampoo or in extreme cases finasteride is ok. The DHT increase is neglible and the study that found that has not been replicated

I used to take L citrullin but it made my teeth hurt for the rest of the day. I would suggest taking pills but everything is so underdoses these days that you would have to take 10+ pills before workout to see an effect.
You can get the same effect with cialis or viagra, thats why I started taking low dose viagra (10-25mg) before workout to get a better pump. Its cheaper too.

I would recommend firstly that you make sure you're training hard enough, which means taking every set as close to failure as you can get without hurting yourself and training each body part twice a week.
Nextly I would recommend you consume a minimum of 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight.
That will take you to 90% of what you can achieve naturally. After that, you can worry about extra supps to squeeze the rest out.
