Is there anything you guys can point out development wise on my skull xray?

All i know for sure is that im getting invisalign because my palate is wide but arched/teeth a bit crooked. Is there anything that can be interpreted from this xray, as far as bad development/malformations? Only surgery im looking at rn is genio, surgeon said max I could use is 4mm advancement/4mm implant, 2-4mm but ofc ima go with 4
