If they have major flaws that don’t need surgery to fix some can touch MTN. Biggest way is if they are fat fucks and have terrible teeth/skin. This is rare though, most of the time truecel has fucked pheno/height/frame as well as dogshit features and ratios. For most, even ascending from truecel-MTN with surgeries would be a great result.
