Is There Anyway For Me To Reach HTN.

1. I am six feet tall, eighteen years old, and 155 lbs. Is there anyway for me to reach htn?
2. I am going to get surgery for my eyes eventually (fat grafting above and under my eyes)
3. Also getting botox over my eye area to make my eyebrows lower set
