If you do your best to naturally maintain peak performance in these areas you'd be doing the best you can for your bone mass naturally, the limit here is your genetics and the uncertainty of how your bone mass will actually develop.
You can be fully optimal, but get zero improvements if your body just doesn't give a fuck. I mean, even with steroids, it's pretty uncertain. If you truly want targeted solutions guaranteed to work, the best option are implants, then steroids.
