Is there anyway to fix my flat back skull?

My back skull is severly flatten because i didn't get enought tummy time during infant. Is there anyway to unflatten it without hardmax or just ropemax already and hope the best in next life. (just tell me how much it cost for the surgery to fix it if theres no way other than that because im tired of frauding it with my hair and cannot go bald without looking like a damn mr incredible)

Unfortunately no. Surgical methods are the only way to fix the problem.
