If it’s super recessed I’d wait to get double jaw surgery. Just make sure you’re mewing at all times

Probably not any more cuz ur maxilla grows mad young. I would js start saving for surgery if it’s rlly recessed , mewing or anything else is cope bc it only works if ur like a little kid not by mid teens
