The grass is always greener on the other side, and no you can't increase length, only decrease via rhinoplasty.

my eyes are 1.04 eyes apart and es ratio of 0.46
Nasal width to height ratio is 1.21

i currently have a long philtrum

my midface ratio is 1.08 with a long philtrum at 4m distance with 34mm focal length
