Is there even a point in roids

Is there even a reason i should use them if my face grown in wrong direction? Im still gonna have the same issues like reccesed maxilla im gonna be more dimorphic but it dosent really matter if i dont have that forawrd growth.It will probably js look funky

buddy it only changes the shape if done before sutures close it only just lays down bone
