Is there evidence to support hard chewing lengthening the ramus?

And if so how can I do it while mitigating the growth of my massager muscle so I don’t ruin my facial balance

there is no significant/concrete evidence that supports this claim. at the very very best, a greater chewing load may possibly strengthen your massater muscles. essentially, no vertical growth of the ramus will be visible, kickstarted, or restarted in post pubertal humans. it's predetermined overwhelmingly by genetics.
