I'm a retard
here’s a diet
eat at least 100 g of protein per day depends on how much you weight? Like if you are 60 kg eat 120 and you if you are 70 eat 140 kg
Avoid seed oils
Avoid low fat bull shit
Avoid sugar
Avoid soy or any dumb vegetables that could contain pesticides
Eat chicken,cheese,eggs,avocado,tomatoes,bananas,raw honey,garlic,onion,2% yogurt, oats
Make sure you eat enough carbs
If you can add cheese to your meal do it everytime. Let’s say you eat chicken with rice? Put some cheese on the chicken for extra protein and taste
Eat liver also forgot this one
Raw cacoa for magnesium
Use Celtic salt not the regular one
Use raw butter 80% instead of those shitty seed oils
