Honestly I also don't really take photos outside except for a few professional photos. You can go two routes

A. Just suck it up and setup a mini photoshoot with a friend, go somewhere nice and just take the hit of a few hours lost
B. Find a photo from a lesser known account that's decently aesthetic, maybe use the explore page, use a really powerful faceswap algorithm (some on github), and then do heavy manual editing to remove the artifacts add stuff like noise, grain, whatever. You can also initially generate an AI photo and then faceswap on to it to make it more realistic although tbh I've never been able to generate a realistic AI photo. Tons of youtube videos on the second thing that I mentioned.

Dude I'd just try to get some photos normally with a friend and then fraud them a bit.

Just spend 10$ and get a tripod from amazon to let you take like videos or whatever, like fit check style, one day and you can have the photos you need. But okay. Unless you are really good and know what you are doing I feel like you're going to spend like 8 hours setting this up and then also photoshop tutorials and whatever, and even then it won't come out realistic.
