Best you can do is haircut curtains or something to shorten the look good lighting for slight improvement

It's really difficult to change since the length of the midface is largely determined by some really foundational structure in your skull. Even if it were possible to change, a lot of other shit would inadvertently change. But you can do a lip lift if you have a thin upper lip for the MFR, and tip plasty to make your nose more upturned to help the clinical MFR. Emphasizing the width of your face can also help, for instance with jaw implants or by styling your hair.

I didn’t really measure it yet I bought a caliper online i think the ideal ratio is 0.95/1.05

Good going with the caliper, it's pretty much the way to go if you want a true result since there's always some lens distortion if you go by a picture of your face.

There's a lot of people arguing different things, some people say slightly above is better and some say slightly below is better. I personally believe 1.00-1.05 is optimal, but you can still be gl with slightly below. If you have below 1 then you probably have a mature archetype and if you have above you probably have more of a prettyboy archetype.
