I swear powers that be must have some cope that is better than sex and validation from both males/females.

Some type of drugs without negative effects or "machines" that stimulate the brain in a specific way.

I am looking for some good copes.

In the last days I have no motivation to do anything because I am always reminded that I don't look good and probably can't get a decent woman without beta buxxing only because of things that lied/lie beyond my control.

Always when I try to cope with nihilism etc. The only logical comes to mind that only sex/relationship matters (presumably health/ a bed / food etc. )

And comparing myself to people who have it worse than me doesn't work anymore like ofc they exist but why should I care when so many have it better than me and didn't work for it.

Do something that gets you out of your comfort zone. for example, I swam with sharks (i wasn't too nervous but you get the point). once you start doing things like this, your life will become a lot more entertaining and you'd rather be doing these activities you enjoy than fucking some hole

Yea it's very much like that. The moment you have genuine sex with nice girl that was attracted to you sexually you will be fulfilled with a big milestone (that normally should happen at 16-18), and you will be able to explore other aspects of life.
